The BWF Referral Program Terms & Conditions
As a BWF Referral Program member (a “Referrer” or “you”), you are subject to BWF’s Terms of Use & Privacy Policy, available on our website and incorporated herein, as well as to the following additional Referral Program Terms & Conditions:
- Qualified Referral. A Qualified Referral is defined as a first purchase of services by a person (a "Referred Customer") who (a) is first introduced to BWF via a warm email or text introduction by you and (b) is a first-time purchaser of BWF’s services. Referrers are limited to one Qualified Referral for each Referred Customer; in other words, additional or repeat purchases made by one Referred Customer are not counted as additional Qualified Referrals. Qualified referrals must be made on or after July 1, 2024. Referrals made prior to July 1, 2024 will not be considered a Qualified Referral.Â
- Referred Customer. The Referred Customer and the Referrer cannot be the same person (for example, by using a different email address), as determined in BWF’s sole discretion. We automatically disqualify suspicious referrals.
- Referral Rewards. For you to earn Referral Rewards as a Referrer, the Referred Customer must execute its first dually signed Retainer Agreement or Scope of Work with BWF equal to or greater than $10,000 in total value within 180 days of the Qualified Referral. In the event BWF determines in good faith that multiple Qualified Referrals were made to the same Referred Customer, BWF reserves the right in its sole discretion to award each Referrer a pro-rata Referral Reward. For you to earn Referral Rewards, you must also provide an accurate W-9 before payment can be issued. Failure to do may mean you will not be eligible to redeem your pay out.
- Reward Payments. The Referrer shall receive a $1,000 Referral Reward in the form of a digital gift card via Tremendous for each Qualified Referral made within thirty (30) calendar days of the Referred Customer’s first paid invoice. As a Referrer, you are responsible for any and all tax liability resulting from Referral Rewards.Â
- Eligibility. Eligibility is limited to individuals only. BWF’s Referral Program cannot be used by businesses for affiliate lead generation as determined in BWF’s sole discretion. You must be a legal resident of the United States.
- No Spam. As a Referrer, you must comply with all up-to-date “SPAM” laws and marketing regulations. For example, emails and text messages must be created and distributed in a personal manner and bulk email distribution is strongly discouraged. Any distribution of your referral communications that could constitute unsolicited commercial email or "spam" under any applicable law or regulation is expressly prohibited and will be grounds for exclusion from the BWF Referral Program.
- Right to Exclude Participation. BWF reserves the right to exclude participation from any Referrer and/or Referred Customer and to request proper payment if the Referrer and/or Referred Customer attempts to use the BWF Referral Program in a questionable manner or breaches any of these Terms & Conditions or is in violation of any law, statute, or governmental regulation.
- Right to Cancel Program or Change Terms. BWF reserves the right to cancel the Referral Program or to change these Terms & Conditions at any time in its sole discretion. This will not affect the ability to claim and use any Rewards already earned and provided to you, in accordance with these Terms & Conditions, but the terms of those Rewards are subject to the terms and conditions of our third party partners.
