DAY 1: DISCOVER
Through discovery sessions with the Hally team as well as interviews with current college students, we identified key motivators for students when making plans (friends and free food) and and barriers we would need to overcome in order for them to get behind Streak For A Cause (they’re broke and busy).
DAY 2: EXPLORE
We explored a wide range of tactics that would overcome the barriers we identified and help Streak For A Cause catch fire in its first year. We focused on low/no-cost ideas that could be pulled off entirely by campus ambassadors and volunteers.
DAY 3: UNLOCK
We decided on a short list of winning ideas around a platform of “Let’s Go Streaking.” We developed a “friends as influencers” strategy for Event Chairs and Campus Leaders to create FOMO within existing campus organizations and friend groups to drive awareness and ticket sales for the fundraising event.
DAY 4: ACTIVATE
We created a Canva tool kit that college ambassadors could use to promote the event and recruit streakers to drive attendance. We provided assets for signage, social content, and even templates for text message outreach.
DAY 5: VALIDATE
We shared the activation plan with the internal Hally team who validated our ideas and execution. We delivered the final assets and took kit elements.
